There Are So Many Raw Foods. What Should You Be Eating?

There are many foods that could be part of your raw diet, so use this list of raw foods and the accompanying explanations to guide your choices.

The fact is that many of the foods that can be consumed raw are not healthy, especially in large quantities.

Though human physiology doesn’t vary much from person to person, some variance can be made for individual tolerances when it comes to eating mildly harmful foods like cruciferous vegetables. Other foods are so harmful that no one should be eating them at all.

The Journey to Health

People all over the world decide for a variety of different reasons that the time’s right for them to start eating in a more natural way. When you embark on a ‘raw food’ or ‘healthy vegan’ journey you open yourself up to endless amounts of possibilities. Whether you’re new to the concept of eating raw or Vegan, or have been on your own raw/Vegan food journey for a while, you would have started off in the same place.
